[ You're in the forested area only dimly outlined in the painting itself-- but much farther in. It's hot, and humid, a dense rainforest-- but it's a little clearer up here, in the canopy; watch your step and climb well, or else you might plummet to the ground below.

The Conures and Macaws sit in the branches all around, mixed together. ]

Then try to contain your damn excitement!

[taking a look around now, getting his bearings and taking a look up to see where that fruit is at]

NOPE!

[ Since the Conures are too busy fussing and playing with each other, one of the large Macaws leans down to peer at Elliot. ]

We would like papayas. You must be extremely careful harvesting from the tree, as it has no lower branches.

I've got that much. I'll be careful.

[keeping a hand on the trunk of the tree, definitely]

Get ten of them. They are large, so we can all share.

[ The birds shuffle aside to give him room. ]

All right. I'll get them for you.

[welp, time to try to climb this, reaching up for a higher branch]

[ The palm fronds, while large and sturdy, do strain a bit under your weight. Careful...

Near the top, in a cluster, are various sized fruits-- from dark, planty green to ripe, fading yellow. ]

[d-definitely making slow going on this, he doesn't have much stamina left after that heart game, but taking a look at the fruits once he gets to the top]

How the hell am I supposed to carry these down . . .

[ Use your human innovation!!

Perhaps those large palm leaves might be useful. ]

[maybe they would]

[carefully, carefully, reaching out to try and pull one of those leaves off the tree]

[ It takes a bit of work, but the frond eventually snaps under the pulling.

And now you have a leaf. :V ]
